NewCNC will display the manufacturing unit fixed by Talent 4 CNC routers. It will contain automatic loading, unloading and barcodes.

Mannheim, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania-NewCNC will show live nest/band/drill work units at Wood Pro Expo Lancaster. The demonstration will focus on cabinet manufacturing, door manufacturing, CNC boring and CNC engraving. In addition, NewCNC will demonstrate the cabinet design and manufacturing process using CAD/CAM software, generate machine code, and then manufacture parts in an efficient nesting process. NewCNC stated that the purpose of its manufacturing work cell demonstration is to showcase solutions to common labor and production problems faced by wood product manufacturers. "We all know the challenges that manufacturers face in ensuring reliable employees," NewCNC said. "Labor costs and rising material prices determine the need for lean manufacturing to remain competitive. We have a solution."

The demonstration of the NewCNC work cell will also be carried out during the popular running machine program. Overview of NewCNC's manufacturing unit The NewCNC Talent T4 CNC router will demonstrate complete automatic loading, unloading and barcode label printing. The machine uses NewCNC's "cleaning" technology, which can automatically push the finished parts from the machine bed to the unloading conveyor belt, while vacuuming the spoil board and placing the next board for manufacturing. The company said that production has increased by 50%. Talent T4 comes standard with 4 x 9, 5 x 10 and 5 x 12 table sizes. All machines are equipped with a 12-horsepower spindle, a 32mm boring block, a 12-position turntable "instant" tool changer, an automatic panel square, a Becker vacuum pump and a uniquely designed multi-zone vacuum table. All movements on the machine are guided by high-performance servo motors at speeds up to 3,000 inches per minute. Machine control is standard for touch screen and keyboard and mouse. The machine includes automatic panel pushers, cleaning sweeps, vacuum cups for automatic loading, full-length alignment guides and pop-up positioning pins. The control cabinet is pre-configured for plug and play, with automatic loading and unloading functions. NewCNC stated that its machines are compatible with all common cabinet and closet design CAD/CAM software, and its technical experts will assist in the implementation of the software.

The automatic loading and unloading system allows the machine to use only one operator to produce parts. The machine is pre-configured for automatic loading and unloading so that it can be added during machine installation or later. The controller has a program queue that allows programs to be stacked, and these programs will run in sequence without operator intervention. After entering the cycle, the operator removes the finished part from the unloading conveyor belt, while the CNC continues to process the next sheet.

Parts created on Talent 4 will be fed in through the Fuse 6 edge banding machine. The NewCNC Fuse 6 edge banding machine has six stations and is designed for continuous production. These machines have a gluing station, four-roller pressure section, dual-motor end trimming, rough trimming, finishing with radius cutters, polishing and scraping. The feed rate can be adjusted from 50 to 70 feet per minute. The touch screen control interface is intuitive and efficient for the operator.

The edge banding machine will be followed closely by New CNC's horizontal boring and slotting machine. It contains a three-axis boring head and a milling spindle for grooving. Use the "conversational" touch screen interface to complete programming on the machine. The positioning speed is 3,150 inches per minute. The boring machine has a laser positioning function for vertical holes previously drilled on the CNC router. The laser scans the center of the vertical hole and automatically drills the corresponding horizontal hole. According to NewCNC, this feature is particularly useful for closet manufacturers who use cam-type connectors.

NewCNC will showcase its manufacturing unit at WPE Lancaster Booth 502 in the Spooky Nook Sports Complex from October 14th to 15th. Watch the video of the NewCNC machine tool in operation.
